Hotel is not 4 stars. Food is so bad, and all the time is the same, not a lot of things to choose from, it is like small buffet. There is no kids' menu, our child was hungry and starving because of lack of children's food. There are no persons that clean after tabeles, and the personal that is working there is rude and without willing to change our help. There are a lot off flees in the hotel area. About bar, why there is only one bar working in entire day time. There is no diversity of drinks, and alcohol is very low quality. There is also a lot of time when you cannot order any drinks. Also, the free alcoholic drinks that they have was 2 days when they had no whiskey. In the area of hotel was also no animation that was written in website and in hotel desk also. To see some animation, we had to go downstairs to other hotel that was 3 stars. There was nothing next to the swimming pool bar, no music, no water gymnastics,
